What do we study in flute lessons?
The programme starts with breath and tone production and progresses toward technical control, sight-reading and musical expression according to the student's level.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need previous music knowledge to start flute?
No. Note reading, rhythm and core instrumental technique are all taught from the beginning.
Can I play the flute if my breathing is not strong enough?
Breath control is one of the foundations of the training. With correct technique and regular practice, breathing can be improved.
Do you only study classical pieces?
No. As long as they fit the technical goals, repertoire can be selected from different periods and styles according to the student's interests.
Do I need to have my own flute?
It is recommended that students have access to a suitable instrument in order to practise regularly outside lesson time.
